SALES & RETURNS

We will do our best to deliver every item as quickly as possible. There will be times when we will not be able to provide certain items due to circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to limit amounts and quantities of any order.

RETURNS

All merchandise shipped from our store leaves here in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you should doubt the quality of an item, you must notify us within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise. You will be given an authorization for return, No merchandise will be refunded / exchanged without an authorization. Mark the outside of the package clearly with the word "RETURN". We are not responsible for any merchandise returned without authorization. All authorized returns must be received within ten (10) business days after authorization. Delivery charges are refunded if the mistake or damage is ours.

Returns must be insured parcel Post or insured UPS. No COD's accepted.

We reserve the right to limit quantities of any items offered on cigarash.com's site.

Customer agrees to bear responsibility for any duties/taxes that may apply to a purchase shipped outside of the U.S. and that cigarash.com will not be held accountable.

Product prices and shipping charges are subject to change in the normal course of business without notice.

Liability of cigarash.com, its officers, employees and directors is limited to a refund of the purchase price of any item purchased. This limitation of liability applies to all damages of any kind including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect, special or consequential damages, loss of or damage to property, loss of income and claims of third parties.
